Partner-Level Attorney Location: Kentucky Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner-Level Attorney with a strong background in estate planning and/or transactional business and employment law . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in their practice area, exceptional leadership skills, and a desire to contribute to the firm’s growth and success. Book of business is required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex legal matters in your area of expertise, providing strategic advice to clients. Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff. Participate in business development initiatives to grow the firm’s client base. Stay updated on legal trends and changes in legislation relevant to your practice area. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, with a demonstrated history of success in estate planning, commercial real estate, or general corporate law. Admission to the Virginia State Bar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a team.
