Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening/Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS,
NIH Must-Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience Description: This
position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the ICU. The
role requires a minimum of two years of experience in a critical
care environment. Candidates must possess current ACLS, BLS, and
NIH certifications. Flexibility and the ability to multi-task are
essential traits for success in this position. The nurse will work
12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend work will occur every
other weekend. Experience with neuro ICU, critical care,
PACU/Post-Op, and stroke center is preferred. Familiarity with
Cerner EMR is a plus, though recent experience is not mandatory.
The department consists of a 10-bed ICU with a patient ratio of
2:1. Equipment includes Plum 360, Plum DUO, and CAD PCA devices.
Candidates should exhibit a positive attitude and compassion
towards patients. Dress code includes galaxy blue scrubs and black
scrub pants.
