Home Care is an independently owned, locally operated non-medical
in-home care agency serving seniors and adults with disabilities
across Tennessee. For over fifteen years, we've delivered
personalized care, from assistance with activities of daily living
and companionship to care management and innovative support
options, helping our clients remain safely and comfortably in the
homes they love. The Branch Manager will serve as the face of
Senior Solutions in the field, balancing hands-on operational
leadership with relationship-building and business growth. If

coordinator, community health worker, outreach professional, or

career! As a Branch Manager you will be: The face of the company in
the community A hands-on leader supporting clients and caregivers
in the field A key driver of quality, growth, and accountability
Someone trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and lead with
integrity You'll spend most of your time in the community within
client homes, supporting caregivers, meeting referral partners, and
ensuring care is delivered the right way. What You'll Do: Conduct
in-home client visits, assessments, and satisfaction follow-ups
Supervise and support caregivers through coaching, QA visits, and
accountability Address client concerns and resolved issues with
professionalism and urgency Participate in sales and intake
activities to help grow client census Build relationships with
referral partners and community organizations Ensure quality of
care, policy compliance, and documentation standards Serve as an
escalation point for urgent or high-impact issues when needed You
do not need to have mastered every aspect of the role, however, you
do need a solid foundation, professional presence, and the ability
to build trust with clients, caregivers, and referral partners.

non-medical home care or a related community-based role Have
supported caregivers, clients, scheduling, intake, or field

customer-facing, caregiving, healthcare, service, or
community-based experience Valid driver’s license, auto insurance,
and ability to travel within a 50-mile radius Ability to lift up to
30 lbs and perform routine physical tasks Strong interpersonal,
communication, and relationship-building skills Must pass
background and check drug screening per state and company standards
High school diploma or GED (preferred) Experience in home care,
community health, social services, or outreach roles (preferred)
Familiarity with the communities served or shared lived experience
with local populations (preferred) Comfort navigating multiple
systems, apps, or client management systems, preferred (preferred)
Experience in field-based roles, business development, or community
engagement (preferred)
