Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experience Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team - The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. At least 2 years of Parts Sales experience is preferred. Benefits Competitive Pay (base salary commission) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days Immediate 401k Participation Plus Match Paid Time Off and Vacation Short/Long Term Disability Life Insurance Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock Complete special order part request for the customer Communicate with customer on parts status Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist technicians, service advisors and walk-in customers by providing pricing and availability as needed Accurately order and track needed parts Answer phone calls providing assistance and prices as needed Process and organize orders for delivery or pick-up Ensures all cash, credit, charge and tax exempt sales are processed as required Receive and ship parts in accordance with company policies Restock inventory daily Ensures all returned parts are properly tracked and identified Conduct assigned daily perpetual inventory audits Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned Qualifications GM Parts Experience is preferred Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve High school diploma or equivalent Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service Reliable transportation to and from work every single day Valid driver's license and clean driving record About Us: Kenny Kent Chevrolet is committed to serving the communities in southern Indiana, northern Kentucky, and southeastern Illinois.
