SCHEDULE: Full Time TRAVEL REQUIRED: 0% - 5% COMPENSATION: $51,790.00 to $106,984.00 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. About Our OpportunityOur Rural 1st Quality Control Specialist provides exceptional, first-level, internal and external customer service by ensuring the accuracy in the closing and quality review of consumer loans. How You Will Spend Your Time

• Establishes, develops, and maintains strong internal and external customer relationships by coaching others and consistently providing quality service that is timely, thorough, responsive, and exceeds customer expectations.
• Works with borrowers and all Rural 1st Team members (partnering with Cash Management, Loan Servcing, and Finance) to understand customer goals, and delivers value-added constructive financial information.
• Reviews and approves all operations electronic disbursements (Wire and ACH).
• Performs quality reviews/accuracy and validations.
• Reviews and clears Title to ensure 1st lien position and legal access.
• Validates quality and accuracy of loan of loan data.
• Confirms all parts of the loan are accurate and provide a clear to close.
• Verifies accuracy of closing disciosures (CD) and compliance standards have been met.
• Perfecting of closing packages.
• Validates loan boarding accuracy to loan servicing system.
• Sets up Pre-Authorized Transfers in loan servicing system.
• Validates loan certification, including complex resolution per requirements.
• Provides backup support for other Rural 1st Operations team members as needed. Minimum Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma and at least five (5) years of successful experience in customer or financially related services. -OR- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least one (1) year of experience in customer or financially related services. Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
