Travel is a large part of this career, as we service markets
throughout the United States and Canada. The territory that this
role will cover is Western KY to include the areas of Paducah,
Bowling Green, Owensboro and Hopkinsville.QUALIFICATIONS: To

functions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Be an ambassador for Mission, Vision,
and ValuesProspecting for new clients by networking, cold calling,
advertising, or any other means of generating interest from
potential clientsAbility to plan persuasive approaches and pitches
that will convince potential clients to do business with our
companyDeveloping rapport with new clients, set targets for sales,
and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
Candidate will be required to grow and retain existing accounts by
presenting innovative solutions and services to clientsThe position
will require you to work with mid and senior level management,
marketing, and technical staffCandidate may manage the activities
of other team members responsible for developing business for the
company at the direction of the Business Development
ManagerStrategic planning will be a large part of the role to
ensure success for the Business Development teamAbility to handle
objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working
through differences to a positive solution Arranging and
participating in internal and external client debriefs Set up
meetings between client decision makers and our company's
leadersAttendance to industry functions, such as association events
and conferences, and ability to provide feedback and information on
market and trendsAbility to present and consult with mid and senior
level management on business trends with a view to developing new
services, products, and distribution channelsIdentify opportunities
for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead
to an increase in salesREQUIREMENTS:2-4 years' experience in a
sales or marketing positionDemonstrated ability to communicate,
present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of
the organizationExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility
to network, speak in public, close deals, while maintaining a
positive and enthusiastic attitudePreferred Requirements:Bachelor's
degree (Business, Marketing, or any related field)This Job
