provide applied behavior analysis consultation and evaluation to
clients. They will also be responsible for preparing and
maintaining records and reports pertaining to client evaluations
and treatment plans. This position is led with the tenets and

techniques to ensure success and achievement of personal, regional

(ABA) Therapy, ChanceLight Behavioral Health offers high-quality,
research-based solutions for children and young adults with autism
spectrum and other behavioral disorders.We provide comprehensive
services to children, young adults and their families in their
homes, in clinics and in schools and on or near military bases
throughout the country. Many private and government insurance
providers, including TRICARE, cover our services. We are seeking a
dynamic, results driven leader with a strong clinical skill set to
join our team.Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister assessments including
VB MAPP, Essentials for Living, Functional Assessments,
andFunctional Analysis'Create behavior plans for each child on
caseload as neededCreate and modify Individualized Treatment Plans
for each child on caseload as neededDocument progress on
goalsInstruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn and improve
functional activitiesFacilitate Natural Environment Training when
appropriateObserve client during treatment, compile and evaluate
data on patient responses to treatments and progressTrain and
supervise behavior therapists on ABA and child's programDirectly
observe treatments administered by behavior therapistsReview
documentation and data collection and provide feedback as
neededConfer with members of ABA therapy staff and other team
members, individually and in a conference, to exchange, discuss,
and evaluate client information for planning, modifying, and
coordinating treatment programsPerform other related duties as
assigned or requestedComplete billing sheet accordingly to
insurance codes authorized and submit in the designated time
frameCommunicate through checking voicemail and email
regularlyMaintain ongoing communication with the parent regarding
child's progress and plan of carePrepare and conduct Staff
Performance Reviews with Therapy ManagerJob RequirementsMaster's
Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldBoard
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the
BACBMinimum three years of related professional experience working
with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a
multi-disciplinary team setting preferred.Valid CPR certification
and other medical and training requirements as specified by
payorsKnowledge of HIPAA practices and adherence to the
policiesWorks with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical
CodeAbility to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as
well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasionEqual
