Job Description:
Summary: The primary function of this role is to ensure the
timely and accurate processing of the location's payroll along with
the ongoing testing/compliance of any payroll system changes
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring accurate weekly bargained and
non-exempt payroll processing
- Accountable for ensuring accurate bi-weekly non-bargained
exempt payroll processing
- Communicates with employees and answers questions related to
payroll, garnishments, and hours worked.
- Responsible for new supervisor trainings on time keeping
software and required information.
- Communicates with plant employees related to payroll processing
and documentation.
- Develop and distribute monthly management reports to track
associates work hours
- Supply data to outside Actuaries
- Payroll reporting (O.T., Pension, Dues, PAC, etc.)
Requirements:
- Education
- Minimum: Associate in HR or related field
- Maximum: Bachelors in related field
