Company DescriptionTheraTree's Mission & PurposeTheraTree's purpose is to support the whole child: mind, body and spirit.Our therapeutic services treat:Minds by sprouting learning and strategies for life.Bodies by cultivating strong, agile muscles and motor skills.Spirits by planting the seeds of happiness and confidence to flourish.Job DescriptionTheraTree, LLC is looking for an exemplary Clinical Manager to oversee the following therapy departments: Speech Therapy, Occupational therapy, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral/Mental Health through their respective managers and/or in supplement of a department manager as needed. Potential for Clinical Director promotion in alignment with the company strategic plan.Clinical Manager Purpose: To be responsible for each therapy department providing a complete therapeutic process (evaluation, treatment, progress, discharge) where patients have grown mind, body, and spirit and in turn are an inspiration to the community for what is possible in life.Responsibilities:Support TheraTree's mission of treating the whole child mind, body, and spirit.Responsible for Therapy Department ManagersEmpowers others through management.Supplement the efforts of Therapy Managers as needed to ensure their departments are running optimally.Maintain a prorated caseload relative to the quantity of staff directly supervising.Assists with Therapy Assistant supervision as needed.Completes Performance Reviews for those managed directly.Ensures Therapy Department Managers are accountable for clinicians:Performing skilled therapeutic services are performed within each clinician's scope of practice. Including: screening, evaluation, performing / interpreting standardized assessments, establishing / updating plans of care, treatment, home education programs, reassessment of progress, re-evaluation, discharge and consultation with clients and other professionals.Ensuring a high level of quality is performed where patients demonstrate progress and achieve their goals and are enlivened by their success.Maintain all necessary client documentation, confidentiality, personal medical records and maintained by clinicians to comply with state regulations, service contracts, and confidentiality.Provide adequate supervision of Therapy Assistants and Clinical Fellows in accordance with state regulations.Oversees the Clinical Experience Coordinator who assigns and oversees the success of clinical fieldwork students, interns, and volunteers.Contributes to other divisions in the company including:Human Resources: Produces stable, ethical, productive clinical staff through hiring, training, and corrective actions.Client Services: Facilitate excellent communication between the clinic and public resulting in referrals rapidly becoming clients growing minds, bodies, and spirits through consistent treatment.Finance: Ensure income stays over expenses through the clinical division submitting charges for therapy services on time and accurate to the service provided while staying under budget.Quality: Implement and/or arrange training to ensure clinical staff are trained, complete quality work, and request training for other company divisions as needed so that practice can fulfill its basic purpose of growing minds, bodies, and spirits. Assists with the promotion and training of Therapy Department Managers.Community: Connects the community with our therapy services through educating the public on the scope and benefits of therapy services and maintaining relationships within the community (ex: schools, doctors, etc).Executive:Contributes to the company's annual strategic plan.Attends meetings and presents on managed products, sub-products, statistics, and sub-statistics.Solves problems through investigation using data.Meets deadlines for programs, projects, and tasks.Sets weekly, monthly, and annual targets to ensure annual goals are met.Qualifications:Personally aligned with accomplishing organizational goals through a team as your greatest purpose (required).Engaging and accurate verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with adults and children alike.Motivated by targets and goals.Confident & outgoing.Thrives working in a fast paced environment.Able to confront difficult situations and resolves them.Exceptionally skilled and respected clinician (required).Licensed in the state of Kentucky for your therapy discipline.CPR & First Aid certification.Master's degree or higher (preferred).Demonstrates knowledge of cost and funding to create a realistic cost effective budget for division.Up to date Immunizations including documentation of TB skin test.Pass background check.Valid driver's licenseAdditional InformationResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:RESPONSIBILITIES:Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Occupational Therapist, including application of therapeutic techniques in such areas as activities of daily living, fine motor skills, visual motor integration, manual dexterity, cognitive skills, muscle strength, coordination, endurance, mobility, perceptual abilities, sensory awareness, balance.Works with other members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs and activities consistent with the needs and capabilities of each client.Instructs clients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the occupational therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.Maintains appropriate and timely documentation for all clients treated.Attends and contributes to required meetings as a representative of occupational therapy, under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.Ensures that clients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights.Maintain client caseload schedule.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer offering the right candidate a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and remain passionate about working with pediatrics.
