REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 2 years total driving, with at least one year of verifiable open deck experience. FLEXIBILITY We tailor the lane and home time to you. PAY Get paid weekly Paid orientation 78% of the line haul 100% fuel surcharge OUR OWNER OPERATORS AVERAGE: Flatbed - $7,000 per week; $364,000 per year Van - $5,000 per week; 260,000 per year ADDITIONAL BENEFITS $175 weekly advance YEARLY RAISES Additional percentage annually with safety and performance evaluation. BONUSES $5,000 Sign-on Bonus = $500 at 6 months + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,500 at 2 years + $2,000 3 years Clean Inspections: $250 – Level I, $75 – Level II, $50 – Level III Driver Referral Bonus = $2,500 = $100 at 1st dispatch + $200 at 30 days + $200 at 60 days + $1,000 at 1  year + $1,000 at 2 years.
