Job Description:

to be your best self and grow. Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of all
food and beverage products. Maintain strong compliance with
procurement programs and vendor standards. Manage the receipt,
inspection, storage, and inventory tracking of all products
delivered to the hotel. Conduct and supervise monthly inventories
and reconcile discrepancies between physical and recorded
inventory. Serve as the property expert for purchasing systems and
platforms, including Clearsky and related tools. Coordinate closely
with Accounting to support accurate and efficient month-end
processes. Monitor product quality, vendor deliveries, shortages,
and discrepancies, and communicate issues to leadership. Maintain
accurate inventory rotation, labeling, and storage procedures to
minimize waste and shrinkage. Develop purchasing forecasts and
assist with budgeting and cost allocation across departments.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement contracts to ensure
quality, cost efficiency, and service standards. Lead the safe
transport and delivery of products throughout the hotel. Monitor
slow-moving inventory and recommend solutions to improve inventory
control and reduce costs. What You’ll Bring Strong organizational,
analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills when working with vendors, leaders, and
associates. Experience using inventory management systems and
Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of purchasing operations,
inventory control, and vendor management. Ability to supervise,
train, and lead a team effectively. Other Information What You Can
