Job Description:
Main Responsibilities: • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot
multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but
is not limited to: o carton erectors o partition inserters o
product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU) o foil dispensers o top closers o
palletization equipment • Manual responsibilities include: o
loading, building and making boxes o hand packaging of bottles o
loading labels • Maintenance includes: o perform routine cleaning,
and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations •
Material Handling: o Loading/unloading packaging materials such as
corrugate, containers or other raw materials • Documentation: o
Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging
specifications, or any visual quality checks o Perform changeover’s
of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter,
top sealer, …) o Applies correct labels o Perform quality check
consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and
packaging integrity for defects o Housekeeping o Perform Autonomous
maintenance Performance Metrics: • Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a
labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all
labeling procedures without deviation. • Quality Control
Compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100%
completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per
standard operating procedures. • Line clearance accuracy •

Qualifications and Requirements: • High school diploma or
equivalent required • Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience
preferred • Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum
of 12 hours • Able to work with multiple types of equipment
simultaneously • High cleanliness standards for the machines and
