Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern – ProgressiveHealth
Rehabilitation, Inc. – Evansville, IN We are looking for a Human
Resources (HR) & Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to join our
ProgressiveHealth team! The intern will be responsible for
providing support and assistance to the Talent Acquisition and HR
Team through activities related to recruitment, onboarding, and
compliance processes and procedures. Our Intern will partner with
corporate and remote managers to support them through the
recruitment and offer extension process. Come be a part of a

is open for the Summer/Fall 2026 semester. It will be an in-office
position located in Evansville, IN. Our Interns will support the
Talent & HR team’s departmental projects and initiatives, including
but not limited to: • Recruitment and onboarding-related support •
Supports HRIS systems to ensure proper functionality, usage, and
data integrity across all levels of company • Clerical and filing
support • Creating, reviewing, and editing documentation • Posting
internet and/or intranet content updates • Posting job openings •
Updating social media content • Assisting with the planning of
special events and associate activities, building into a dynamic
and fun culture • Assisting with various research projects and/or

senior currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program • Have a major
designation in human resources or business-related field • Have
analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills •
Exceptional organization skills, self-motivation, and demonstrated
excellence in customer service and communication • Ability to adapt
quickly to change, problem solve, and be solution oriented • Strong
sense of urgency with ability to execute quickly and efficiently
with keen attention to detail • Highly organized with strong follow
up skills and ability to multi-task • A high degree of
professionalism in both written and verbal communication • The
ability to work both independently and in a team environment,
without constant supervision • Be able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and
with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel Eligibility to Work: This position requires
candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a
full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for
