Job Description:
Summary: The primary function of this role is to ensure the
timely and accurate processing of the location's payroll along with
the ongoing testing/compliance of any payroll system changes
Responsibilities: Accountable for ensuring accurate weekly
bargained and non-exempt payroll processingAccountable for ensuring
accurate bi-weekly non-bargained exempt payroll
processingCommunicates with employees and answers questions related
to payroll, garnishments, and hours worked. Responsible for new
supervisor trainings on time keeping software and required
information. Communicates with plant employees related to payroll
processing and documentation. Develop and distribute monthly
management reports to track associates work hours Supply data to
outside ActuariesPayroll reporting (O.T., Pension, Dues, PAC, etc.)
