Job Description:
Summary:This role is an important resource for the integrity and
maintenance of the Company's HR Information Systems from a business
user standpoint. The individual will act as a subject matter expert
in ADP performance, functional support, and data management, and
will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end functionality of
internal HRIS applications and integration with external vendor
applications to support all functions of the Human Resources
department. This includes testing and/or directing of others in the
testing of changes and upgrades as they are required from time to
time.Responsibilities:* Evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains
company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). * Identifies
new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs. *
Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as
necessary.* Continually monitors information needs and designs new
or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. *
Serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving
programming and related problems.* Recommends new equipment or
software in support of objectives.* Prepare employee census reports
for multiple purposes, including annual retirement program
valuations, IRS and DOL filings, and nondiscrimination testing*
Responsible for providing data and cost modeling and analyses of
various HR systems to HR business partners and business
leaders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3-5 years' experience in HR; experience in a unionized environment
preferred. The incumbent must be people-oriented and be an
effective communicator. The position must continually strive to
establish and maintain credibility with management and

required to walk up and down stairs, observe through vision and

such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually
moderate.While performing the duties of this position, the employee
is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is
required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or
controls. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit;
reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel,
crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move
up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this
position include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and
