Required Skills: Valid Kentucky Medical License Certified Nurse Practitioner qualification in Family Practice Proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health records Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to perform risk assessments and chronic condition reviews Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable seeing both pediatric and adult patients Nice to Have Skills: Experience with home health visits Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare processes Prior telehealth experience Bilingual abilities Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher Minimum of 2 years of Family Practice experience Prior experience working in telehealth or home health settings Other Requirements: Enrolled and credentialed in Medicard (confirmation required upon application) Ability to manage a schedule of approximately 10-14 patients daily (telehealth and in-home mix) Willingness to perform risk assessments and follow established protocols Reliable internet connection and access to equipment mailed by the client Flexibility to work day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with scheduled days released 2-3 weeks in advance Paid orientation (1-3 hours) plus ongoing education during downtime Travel within a 30-mile radius for home health visits as needed Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Rate: $95.48 Enjoy competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit via direct deposit, comprehensive W-2 medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws.
