ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Clarksville, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed • No on-call responsibilities • Floating to other units required • Maximum RTO (requested time off) is 1 week • No block scheduling available • No 48-hour scheduling • 1 year of nursing experience required, with preference for 2 years Med Surg floor experience • BLS certification required • Tennessee nursing license required • Must wear navy scrubs • Work with 18-24 bed unit • Patient ratio of 1:6 • Electronic Medical Record system is Cerner (merge and powerchart) • Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility Facility: This healthcare organization is part of a comprehensive medical network providing quality patient care services to the community.
