PM Schedule: Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
as needed On-Call: None Floating: Required Requirements: Active TN
RN license BLS (AHA) required Minimum 1 year Med-Surg RN experience
2 years preferred Experience working in a Med-Surg unit with
similar patient ratios and acuity Ability to collaborate and float
as needed Unit Details: 18–24 beds per unit Patient ratio: 1:6
