the flexibility to subspecialize as desired Surgical privileges at
a beautiful 477-bed regional hospital Large and supportive referral
base, including over 230,000 primary care and 80,000 pediatric
visits annually Teaching opportunities with an on-site Family
Medicine Residency Program affiliated with the University of
Louisville Schedule Flexible schedule with a balance of outpatient
and inpatient responsibilities No mandatory weekend shifts Call
rotation is 1:4 Excellent work-life balance with six weeks of paid
time off (PTO) annually Compensation & Benefits Competitive
guaranteed base salary of $600,000 for the first three years with
immediate RVU productivity bonus potential $100,000 upfront bonus
for relocation and signing Comprehensive benefits package,
