Read more of our story at .*POSITION:* Substance Abuse Therapist*LOCATION:* Bowling Green, Kentucky*QUALIFICATIONS: ** TCADC, CADC LCADCA, LCADC, LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, CSW, or LPA licensure (*required*)* experience in substance abuse counseling and residential treatment (*preferred*)* While we welcome applicants who are in recovery, Kentucky regulations require that our team members have two years of sobriety.*RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:** provide group, individual, and family therapy sessions* determine appropriate treatment interventions for each patient* collaborate with each patient on a treatment plan* help patients set and achieve their personal goals* maintain records and provide documentation according to Stepworks policies* develop continuing care plans* serve as the first point of contact for patients behavioral issues* participate in four hours of supervision monthly* be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (*training provided*)*SHIFT:* Monday - Friday, 8 - 4*BENEFITS: ** health, dental, and vision insurance* cancer, short-term disability, hospitalization, and critical illness policies* 401K with employer matching after one year of employment* paid time off* opportunities for promotion/advancement within the Stepworks organization* membership in a passionate and highly-driven team* We are a NHSC-approved site.
