  • KY or Compact license
  • 2 years previous med-surge experience preferred
  • Epic is required
  • Diploma in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience - 2 years previous med-surge experience preferred*EPIC experience REQUIRED*Specific details: The observation unit at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is a 24-bed unit that focuses on observational care of a variety of diagnoses requiring additional diagnostic testing and monitoring to determine the best course of treatment for the patient. The majority of our patient population is cardiac, respiratory and general medical. In addition, we care for COVID positive symptomatic patients, titratable cardiac drips, patients from post-procedural and outpatient infusion areas in an overflow capacity.
