Elavon is currently recruiting for a **_Senior Director, PartnerDevelopment_** , responsible for leading a team of Partner DevelopmentManagers assigned to the Integrated Partner Solution Portfolio and focused onthe development and delivery of partner products and solutions integrated intoElavon's payment platforms. This team will foster mutually beneficialpartnerships that generate positive revenue growth for both entities bydeveloping, certifying and marketing payment solutions and related strategiesthat will drive business. This individual will ensure that Partner DevelopmentManager's engage with the Partners as required to work across all applicablelevels of the Partner's organization including C-level executives, businessdevelopment and sales, product, finance and operations. The purpose of thisengagement is to define and develop product solution sets, commercial terms,marketing strategies and operational execution plans leading to the deliveryand promotion of integrated payment solutions to the marketplace to maximizeprofit objectives through development of new business opportunities and theretention of existing profitable relationships. Success will be measured by:exceeding the portfolio growth plan, exceeding monthly/annual total portfoliorevenue objective(s) and exceeding key performance indicators of the role. The **_Senior Director, Partner Development_** , is anintegral part of the Partner Development Manager Team and will perform as astrategic leader in hiring, building, and retaining key employees, partners,customers, and company revenue. This role will be expected to contribute to theoverall growth of the organization through achievement of his/her own goals andwill work collaboratively throughout the organization to achieve success. Thisindividual must coordinate programs, processes and solutions with Elavoninternal departments that enable Partner Development Manager's to successfullyexecute their roles of marketing partner payment solutions to key Elavonstakeholders responsible for selling to merchants. The following are additional responsibilities of the role: + Focuses on managing a team ofindividuals responsible for managing and executing partnerships withIntegrated Software Vendors (ISV's) to maximize revenue opportunities toElavon. + Leadsrelationship management staff to grow, develop and certify IPSrelationships and grow overall portfolio value. + Creates,manages, and maintains KPI metrics to ensure the necessary productivitylevel is being maintained in order to meet/exceed assigned revenue andservice goals; + Possesses theability to access talent and skill level through recruiting, interviewing,and selection process, as well as through internal channel processes,coaching, and interactions to ensure that individuals are placed in thecorrect roles in order to be successful and achieve organizational goals; + Develops revenue,volume, and market share objectives for an assigned staff and market area; + Establishesand achieves sales and budget goals and marketing strategies for theproducts/services sold; + Maintains anddevelops profitable relationships with partners/customers; + Workscross-functionally to achieve key KPI's, such as:certifications, referrals, contacts, and growth. + Creates,maintains, and develops collaborative interdepartmental relationships toassist with the success, growth, and development of the channel; + Identifiesand monitors market trends and competitors' actions in order to gain thecompetitive advantage; + Trains,motivates, and provides leadership to assigned staff to ensure engagementand minimum productivity levels are met and creates a winning culture. + Mentors anddevelops assigned staff and creates new opportunities for the assignedchannels and individuals within the organization. **Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Eight to ten years of sales experience in the financial services industry Three or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Expert level of knowledge of Integrated Partner Solution relationship management strategies - A strong track record of delivering results through a leadership team - Strong partnering and influencing skills; ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. - Proven ability to successfully work with IT/Product level contacts to partner with technology organizations and define go-to-market sales strategies. - Successful new business development and partner relationship management skills - Thorough knowledge of current market trends and banking industry - Well-developed presentation skills, as well as both oral and written communication skills - Metrics-driven mindset in a customer centric environment, experience working with the c-suite of key decision makers - Ability to drive a winning culture, be a strategic/visionary leader, and be a voice across the organization for the internal networking and collaboration among cross functional work groups - Experience managing a business development team with defined revenue goals - Must have a positive attitude, high level of enthusiasm to lead a group, and keenness to implement and lead change **Job:** Relationship Management **Primary Location:** Georgia-GA-Atlanta **Shift:** 1st - Daytime **Average Hours Per Week:** 40 **Requisition ID:** 190003714 **Other Locations:** Colorado-CO-Denver, United States U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
