We empower people to thrive!The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations including the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property. Your goal is to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals to ensure the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.QualificationsHigh School or GED2 + years of experience in property managementAbility to respond to after-hours emergenciesProven 2 + years with Microsoft OfficeValid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications3 + years of experience in property managementOnesite experience a plusProven 3 + years with Microsoft OfficeProven 2+ years of sales/marketing experienceProven 2+ years of experience in housing tax credit - add to Affordable/Tax CreditTo be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
