Known for its commitment to service and award-winning culture, the Company had 2024 revenue of $17.In the High-Touch Solutions segment, Grainger offers approximately 2 million maintenances, repair and operating (MRO) products and services, including technical support and inventory management. com offers customers access to more than 14 million products, and MonotaRO.This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $33.Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts on day one of employment. ~ 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full-time employees (accrual prorated based on employment start date) and 6 company holidays per year. ~6% company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no employee contribution required. ~ Respond to system issues involving conveyors, PIE, sortation and controls (EMS, WCS, Sort Director, EWM, Hardware, and Software) Basic troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control system components of the conveyor system and building components, including PLCs, DC drivers, AC invertors, linear motors, VFDs, encoders, scanners, power distribution, communication systems, computer-controlled building systems, conveyor systems and maintenance management system (CMMS) Operate all material handling and mobile equipment within the Distribution Center Must be available for 24-hour on-call rotation Knowledge and application of safe work practices, lockout/tagout (LOTO) standards and Arc Flash Design, implement, and document PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley) programming changes to automated equipment when authorized Troubleshoot, and implement changes to I/O device networks such as Probus, Data Highway, and CanBus High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience ~5 years of building and equipment maintenance with two years maintaining Dematic or similar conveyor systems ~2 years of experience with AC drives (set-up, programming, faults) ~ Familiarity with Microsoft and CMMS programs ~ Experience with power distribution, power generation, control circuits, electrical test equipment, hand tools, power tools, calipers, and gauges ~ Experience reading and interpreting Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEO) drawings and schematics ~ Successful completion of Maintenance skill evaluation We provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, age, disability status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
