Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a Kentucky community bank seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to develop and manage customer relationships and lending opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow client relationships while contributing to a community-focused bank. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, deposits, and consumer loans. Analyze, structure, and process commercial loan requests, renewals, and maturities. Collaborate with the Credit Department and present loans to the Loan Committee. Conduct business development efforts to expand customer relationships. Handle collection activities for delinquent accounts and ensure regulatory compliance. Represent the bank at networking functions to build community relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field. 3 years of commercial lending experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze financials, structure loan requests, and meet deadlines.
