more than 20 locations, 3 outpatient facilities, a certified
medical fitness facility, a surgical weight loss center and the

position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees
are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift
schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 4:30pm). It
may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional
overtime. Our office is located at 811 E. Parrish Avenue Owensboro,
KY 42303.We offer 1-3 months of paid onsite training.*All
Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's
Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with payment processing, invoice explanation,
payment due dates and billing questionsCreate documentation for
external customers and payers in regard to premium balances-- as
well as billing statementsContact customers by phone or in writing
to verify data, apprise of billing issues as well as assist with
resolution for outstanding balancesMaintain timely, accurate
documentation for all appropriate transactions Maintain payment
status and billing records through corrections and
adjustmentsConsistently meet established productivity, schedule

- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of
work experienceComputer skills, including working knowledge of MS
Windows and navigation, mouse and keyboarding skillsAbility to
travel to the office and complete training period, minimum of 30
days up to maximum of 90 days.--
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
