Physical TherapistThe Physical Therapist will be responsible for
providing physical therapy services to patients, including
assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of physical
disabilities.Responsibilities:Evaluate patients to determine
physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans.Provide physical
therapy treatments to patients.Educate patients and their families
on physical therapy treatments and exercises.Monitor patient
progress and modify treatments as needed.Document patient care
services.Maintain patient confidentiality.Other duties as
